Running Kits

All registered participants must collect their race packet in person—no shipping or proxies. Packets include your bib number, timing chip (for 10 km+ races), event T-shirt, finisher's medal voucher, goody bag with energy gels and local snacks, and a digital race guide. Volunteers will be available to assist.

Please indicate on your entry form where your preferred collection point will be for your race number, without it, you cannot participate in the race: The options include:

ID Required

Bring a government-issued photo ID matching your registration.

Collection Centers

Mlimani City (Dar es Salaam), Kibo Palace Hotel (Arusha), MoCu Stadium (Moshi).

Date & Time

Collection is November 15-17, 2025, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Late Pickup

Available at Rongai Forest Sports Grounds on December 22, 2025 (5-8 PM), if stock remains.

Dar es salaam

Mlimani City Mall

The collection takes place at a large, central indoor shopping mall located on Sam Nujoma Road in the Ubungo area, a major commercial hub of Dar es Salaam.
